每次回來都是選擇這家酒店，從環境到衞生再到服務，一直覺得都很好，但是這次入住後無意間看到廁所還有煙頭，煙灰等！瞬間感覺有點敷衍了事了。可能是上一個入住的人丟的，打掃衞生的也沒看到，希望改善一下！

差評，長期住這家酒店，沒有浴室拖鞋，衞生間濕水非常滑，一次性拖鞋走路上個衞生間小心翼翼，早上起床較早上衞生間稍不留意直直摔倒，投訴酒店回答竟然是住了那麼多次了，自己不去注意，頭上摔了個包，流血不多，胳膊也摔的腫了幾天了。當天有事匆忙離開，對於酒店這種推諉不負責任極度討厭，倘若是個年齡大的不摔骨折才怪。
